SUMMARY:Virtual Ladies Chat
DESCRIPTION:Wheel ladies chats are hosted on the last Tuesday of each month at noon (12pm MST) online over zoom. They generally run an hour (or an hour and a half if there’s lots to talk about). These are open to women with spinal cord injuries\, wheelchair users or other disabilities. This allows for a space to discuss matters related to living with a mobility impairment and to connect with peers who understand what it is like. It’s an open floor to bring up any challenges\, or issues in a safe place; as well as to connect with others who have been through the similar hardships. It is also a place to build virtual community and celebrate each other’s successes. For more information contact kendra.erhardt@sci-ab.ca
