Adaptive Ice Climbing with ClimbYEG

No Experience Necessary!
Ready to challenge yourself with something different? Come experience ice climbing at ClimbYEG outdoor sport climbing facility. Whether you’re training for alpine adventures or just looking to try something new, this one of a kind program lets you explore the sport at your own pace. Ice climbing uses specialized ice tools and crampons on ice walls, building confidence and developing new skills in an outdoor environment. All required gear and instruction is provided as part of this program.
What to Bring: –Warm outdoor active clothing -Close-toed shoes or winter boots -Water bottle -Thin warm five-finger gloves (optional)
Accessible Parking: There are 2 hour parking spaces at the lot above the climbing wall, and parking passes can be provided upon request.
Accessible Restrooms: There are accessible bathrooms located in the Louise McKinney Park Riverfront Amenity Building Washroom
