Keynote Speaker- Brad Bartko
Brad Bartko is the Founder and CEO of Disability Accessible by Design, a consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations create accessible and inclusive environments from the very beginning.
Driven by lived experience and a passion for sports, travel, and innovation, Brad works with organizations across Canada to move accessibility beyond compliance and make it a core part of how spaces are designed and experiences are built. He has contributed to accessibility initiatives with organizations including Air Canada and Edmonton International Airport.
His mission is simple — build a future where accessibility is not an afterthought. It is built in from day one.
