Virtual Ladies Peer Chat

Wheel ladies chats are hosted every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at noon (12pm MST) online over zoom. They generally run an hour (or an hour and a half if there’s lots to talk about). These are open to women with spinal cord injuries, wheelchair users or other disabilities. This allows for a space to discuss matters related to living with a mobility impairment and to connect with peers who understand what it is like. It’s an open floor to bring up any challenges, or issues in a safe place; as well as to connect with others who have been through the similar hardships. It is also a place to build virtual community and celebrate each other’s successes. For more information contact kendra.erhardt@sci-ab.ca

We acknowledge that what we call Alberta is the traditional and ancestral territory of many peoples, presently subject to Treaties 6, 7, and 8.
