Amanda is a Registered Social Worker who believes that the most meaningful support begins with curiosity, connection, and meeting people where they are. As Team Lead with Cross-Disability Support Services, she works alongside individuals living with physical disabilities and other complex life circumstances, helping them navigate resources, overcome barriers, and work toward goals that matter to them.
Amanda‘s professional background includes disability services, mental health, housing, crisis response, and team leadership. She is passionate about creating psychologically safe spaces for both clients and staff, strengthening community partnerships, and improving systems that make services more accessible and responsive.
Currently completing her Bachelor of Social Work through the University of Calgary, Amanda is committed to lifelong learning and believes that small acts of compassion, collaboration, and advocacy can have a lasting impact. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her partner and their dog Maggie, exploring Alberta, attending music festivals, and embracing opportunities to connect with people and new experiences.
