Kristy Hlady – Community Access Coordinator

Kristy’s journey in healthcare began as a Health Care Aide (HCA). With a strong foundation in compassionate care, she quickly developed a passion for supporting individuals in meaningful ways. This early experience laid the groundwork for a fulfilling career centered on enhancing the lives of others through empathy, humour and personalized care.

For the past 20 years, Kristy has thrived in the field of therapeutic recreation, working closely with diverse clientele and community members. In this role, she has designed and facilitated programs that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being, always prioritizing the unique needs of each individual. Her ability to connect with people from all walks of life has made her a trusted and valued member of our team.

Kristy brings a wealth of knowledge through her experience; coordinating group activities, volunteer-driven support networks, and accessible community outings; enabling countless individuals to live more independently and with greater purpose.
